May 3 is Shutdown Day
What is your favorite activitiy with computers? playing games, blogging, browsing, or simply have a chat with some friends? Can you live a day without your computer? which is exactly what I’m going to be doing, cause on May 3 is Shutdown Day.
Shutdown Day is a global Internet experiment of which goal is to get people thinking about their excessive use of computers, and how this has changed their lives.The idea of Shutdown Day project is nothing but turn off your computer for an entire day in the year and involving oneself in other activities: nature, outdoors, sports, gathering with friends and family -you like or whatever you like but don’t touch the computer, just to remind you that there is still a world away from his screen.
I think it’s a good idea to hand power saving, Can you turn off the computer for one day? I bet you could.
