How to Write Blog Via Ms.Word

Microsoft Word can be used as an application to write to one of the free blog ing service Blogger. However, an additional software is required. The device is called the Blogger for Word.
One of the service providers to create a free blog is Blogger. The web sites that have been taken over by Google can be accessed at this address www.blogger.com (of course you know it ). There, you can register, and you can instantly create blogs, write, and “publish it”.
The simplest way to write a blog is in a text editor such as Notepad or Microsoft Word by offline. After you’ve finished writing you can upload it, open the web, login, then copy-paste your writing.
It’s all done manually. The method I’m about to talk is how to do it automatically. Like the manual way, the writing still made offline and for the editor I’m going to use Microsoft Word. which is equipped with an add-on called Blogger for Word. The additional applications can be downloaded free from http://buzz.blogger.com/bloggerforword.html.
The process can be summarized like this.
After the Blogger for Word installed, the Blogger toolbar will appear on the Microsot Word. Then, write your blog content as usual, you can do it offline. If the writing is completed, switch on internet connection, and then you can publish it.
Here’s the detail. ( I use Word 2007 to this article. In the old version may be different, but only slightly)
1. Click [Add-ins] on the menu at the top. Option [Add-ins] inline with [Home], [Insert], [Page Layout], and others.
2. Click [Blogger Settings], then the box that appears, enter the username and password to log in to Blogger. Click [OK].
3. Type the blog content in Ms. Word. Once you have completed, you can go online. Next, click [Publish].
4. Enter a title, and select the blog that will contain the papers. Click [Send].
5. Done.
