Toshiba DVD player XD-E500

Toshiba has not said its last words, and keep on in its technology upscaling DVD. The Japanese manufacturer has revealed its new DVD player, the XD-E500, integrating technology XDE (eXtended Detail Enhancement).

According to Yahoo website , Toshiba gave a demonstration by making its technology work XDE face a standard reader and, a priori, we could see an improvement “subtle but significant for the sharpness of the image.” But the Japanese manufacturer did not want to compare its new camera with a Blu-Ray or HD DVD…
Anyway, this new DVD player XD-E500 price is € 85.
