Trace of Hope, the first ever charity online ARG

Trace of Hope,

Through interactive games on the internet, a charitable foundation is trying to move public awareness of war victims. In this game, gamers are asked to help a son of Uganda war victims find his mother.

The game it titled “Traces of Hope” the British Red Cross launched this kind of hunting treasures game, where gamers have to use their ability as if they were detectives to compete. The Games use this interactive format Alternate Reality Games (ARG).

The game setting the is North Uganda, where the the 20 years of war has forced two million people displaced from their homes.

In this game, the gamers duty to help a character named Joseph, 16, found his mother. Once he got into the evacuation barracks called ‘Hopetown’, Joseph, have 24 hours to find Red Cross officials who may have information about his mother. Gamers must wait for Joseph to contact them.

The game has various instructions on the internet. Gamers must use the internet, email, and phone to find ideas in the middle of raging war situation

Once registered,, the game will begin without warning when Joseph asks for help. And gamers should be sprightly track various information and instructions to help Joseph.
