ACER ASG7700: The New Desktop BEAST

Watch out for the BEAST!!!, for Acer just come up with its latest desktop, the ASG7700. The new beast (coz it looks like one) powered with an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 (3.00GHz), 4 GB of memory (up to 8 GB), two graphics cards GeForce 9800 GTX, a chipset NVIDIA nForce 780i SLI, 1 TB SATA hard disk (7200rpm), Blu-Ray, and 6 USB ports, a multi-card reader, 2 eSATA ports, 4 DVI-I, 2 S-Video outputs.
The Acer ASG 7700 runs on Windows Vista® Home Premium with SP1 64-bit. It is now available in Japan Market for 329,800 yen (or 2250 €).
Fujitsu Showcased its iMac-like PC

Fujitsu has introduced its all-in-one PC “FMV-DESK POWER (model: F/B70T)” which design is resemble to Apple iMac during the CEATEC 2008. Featuring a 19-inch wide screen, the all in one PC runs on Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 (2.26GHz) processor, with the support of 2 GB of RAM, 500 GB hard drive, and Windows Vista Home Premium OS.
Eco-Friendly Desktop from Samsung

Samsung has just unveil it’s two eco-friendly desktop computers with MV100 and MZ100 . The two PCs run on the Intel G43 chipset, and sports either a GeForce 9600GT (512 MB VRAM), a 9500G and 512 MB VRAM as well.
The most interesting these 2 desktop computers lies in their low energy consumption, with only 1W in standby mode and 60W in power saving mode..
T-Mobile G1 pre-order is back Up
A while ago gadgetell reported that G1 pre-order sale ends, here’s the excerpt
T-Mobile’s new Android phone, the G1, was available for pre-order after it had been announced. Three days later, T-Mobile has announced that there aren’t any more G1’s left in stock, and thus, the pre-order craze ends. In fact, so many people wanted to pre-order a G1, that T-Mobile’s site went down for a few hours.
We recently got an update that Pre-order of T-Mobile G1 is back up. and here’s the official statement:
“The T-Mobile G1 microsite experienced a technical glitch this morning, and is now back up and running. Since Tuesday’s announcement, we’ve experienced heavy demand for the device. A small quantity of T-Mobile G1s are still available at this time for T-Mobile customers. Please visit http://www.T-MobileG1.com for details.”
If you really want the G1, you better be hurry up before it’s running out, cause there are only small quantity available

Dell New Studio Office (MT) and Studio Slim (ST) Released

Dell recently announced new product to its compact desktop Studio, the new studio office (MT) along with the release of Studio Slim (ST). Users can choose between Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad processors, up to 8 GB of RAM, Blu-ray drives (optional) and ATI Radeon HD 3450 or HD 3650 256 MB graphics (each HDMI).
The MT desktop model has more room for upgrading in an 5.25-inch drive bay free, while it consumes more power: 350 W on the MT while the ST only needs with 250W. Both have a series of front panel ports, including USB 2.0 and audio and MT is also a multi-card reader.

The Dell Studio Desktop (MT) and Dell Slim Desktop will start at $ 549 and are now available. A Blu-ray is 300 dollars an option, while HD 3650 is $100, and ATI Radeon HD 3450 for $ 60.
