New Sony Vaio Desktop, Type J
Sony unveils its latest addition to its Vaio series, Type J (VGC-JS50B). It loads This one features a 20.1-Inch LCD Wide Screen + (1680×1, 050), a Dual Core processor E2200 (2.20GHz), 2 GB of RAM (1×2GB), 320GB HDD, a DVD Super Multi-Drive, an Intel chipset graphic X4500MHD, WebCam, , Port Felica personal and Office 2007.
The Sony has set a price of 975 €. For those who do not want Office Personal 2007, it will cost 850 € (VGC-JS50 / S) and will be available from September 20.

Dell Studio Hybrid Desktop sports a stylish case, small and compact suitable for people on the go. This lightweight machine is very quiet too.
Probably the best looking ultra compact PC currently available. Customizable design and got great features, Apart from upgrading the HDD and RAM theres no scope for upgradeability.
The Price is relatively high when feature set is compared to standard PC’s/notebook.
Buffalo Raid5 NAS, iPHONE and Bit torrent Friendly

Here is another Buffalo’s ‘Heavy Duty’ NAS, Raid5, now it’s packed with 1.2 or 4TB and supports RAID5. The NAS is also iPhone-friendly, you can access your photos, video, and MP3 files straightly from your iPhone with a new user interface. It is also compatible with DLNA, Time Machine and may even have a client Bit Torrent. Huh…, it could be A real nightmare for all organizations such as the RIAA and MPAA.
The NAS RAID-5 will hit the stores no later than September with a price tag of $560 for the 1TB model, $710 for the 2TB model and last but not least $1,300 for the 4TB version.

iPhone 3G Friendly NAS from Buffalo

Buffalo recently launched its first iphone 3G friendly NAS, the LS-GL, the small device is available in 500 GB, 640 GB or 1 TB, which is absolutely dedicated to the iPhone 3G.
With this NAS LS-GL, not only will you have iPhone 3G-Ready a nice Web interface, but you can also access your photos, videos or music from the same interface and simply enjoy your files on the NAS from your iPhone.
You can of course use the NAS from a local area network connection or 3G wireless. The NAS LS-GL is kinda Time Machine - Ready, that is, it is capable to backup any document or photo (a digital camera) directly on its internal HDD, and you can do this without using a PC.

New Desktops All-in-One: the NEC ValueStar N

Here is an “upgrade” the All-in-One Desktop from NEC, The NEC ValueStar N available in 16′ or 19 ” with either a GeForce 9300 or 9100graphics card, an AMD Athlon X2 QL-60 or an Intel Core 2 Duo E7200, 250 or 500 GB hard drive … Both models have a DVD burner Multi.
The NEC ValueStar N price will range between 1200 € to 1450 €.
Celrun LLUON A1 IPTV PC, combination of IPTV and PC

Celrun, a Korean computer manufacturer has just exposed LLUON A1, an elegant combination of IPTV and PC. With the computer you can either watch your favorite TV programs or work with your documents, play games, and others. Inside its beautiful design, machine Intel holds a processor Atom N270, 1 GB of main memory, a 160 GB hard drive and a DVD Multi. In addition, you can also see that its display (18.4-inch with a resolution of 1680 x 954) is incorporated into the case.
Unfortunately, no words on prices in this magnificent PC.
Core i7 branding for Nehalem

Its official, Intel Corporation confirmed today that desktop processors based on the company’s upcoming new microarchitecture, codenamed Nehalem will be officially branded Intel Core processor. The first products in this new processors line up, including an Extreme Edition version, will feature an ‘i7′ identifier and will be officially branded as ‘Intel Core i7 processor’.
“The Core name is and will be our flagship PC processor brand going forward,” said Sean Maloney, Intel Corporation executive vice president and general manager, Sales and Marketing Group. “Expect Intel to focus even more marketing resources around that name and the Core i7 products starting now.”
